  1. Anna, what wonderful tribute to all of your organization, your community and your patients and family members. In putting on my prior hat as the Executive Vice President and COO of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Bostn, I know the unigue challenges of delivering high quality cancer services to underserved and un-/under-insured patients. For years there has been a lot of talk about it as organizations (large and small, academic and community) struggle to achieve dramatically improved outcomes. I congratulate everyone invovled for moving past the "talk" to the "do," showing all of us what is possible. Thanks for your leadership, Jim Conway, Sr. Fellow, IHI

  2. Dear Jim,

Thank you for your kind words. Coming from such an esteemed and accomplished leader it is truly humbling. It is a wonderful accomplishment and although I would love to take credit, this outstanding performance is a result of the leadership of Dr. Sharon Hiner and the stellar and dedicated staff that make up our system of care.

It is truly my privilege to serve our community with such an amazing group of colleagues.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about and support the work at CCRMC. I will pass your wonderful message along.

    Warmly,
    Anna
